Items of Testing
 
Hydraulic test
The steel pipe shall be hydraulically tested one by one. 
 
Flattening test
Steel tubes with a wall thickness of not more than 10 mm shall be subjected to a flattening test, and cracks and cracks shall not be allowed after the sample is flattened.
 
Flaring test
A steel pipe having a wall thickness of less than or equal to 10 mm can be subjected to a flare test. The top taper of the flare test is 30', 45. Or 60. One of them, the expansion of the outer diameter after the flare is 100,.. After the flare, the specimen shall not have cracks or cracks.
 
Intergranular corrosion test
Austenitic and austenitic-ferritic steel tubes can be tested for intergranular corrosion.
The intergranular corrosion test method is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 434.1-43. The specific corrosion test method is agreed by the supplier and the buyer and stated in the contract. If it is not clear, it shall be carried out in accordance with the test of GB/T434.5.
 
Surface Quality
The inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe shall be free of cracks, folds, rolling, separation and crusting. These defects shall be completely removed and the depth of removal shall not exceed the negative deviation of the nominal wall thickness. The actual wall thickness at the cleaning site shall not be less than the minimum allowed by the wall thickness.
