Application
In the general machinery industry, 35SiMn steel is used to manufacture transmission gears, main shafts, spindles, rotating shafts, connecting rods, worms, tram shafts, generator shafts, crankshafts, flywheels and large and small forgings; in steam turbine manufacturing, it is used as working temperature Below 400°C, spindles and hubs with a diameter of 250mm or less, impellers with a thickness of 170mm or less, and various important fasteners; agricultural machinery is mostly used to manufacture wear-resistant parts such as shovel handles and plow rolls. 35SiMn steel can completely replace 40Cr as quenched and tempered steel.
