One. Overview of GH1015 iron-based high temperature alloy steel:
GH1015 superalloy is a solid solution strengthened iron-based superalloy steel composed of nickel, molybdenum, niobium and other elements, with a nickel content of about 38%. GH1015 superalloy has good hot and cold workability, good combination of strength and plasticity at various temperatures, high thermal strength, good thermal fatigue and oxidation resistance; its stamping, welding and other process properties are good . It has a time effect in long-term use.

The strip is cold-rolled, solid-solution softened, deoxidized and delivered;
