GB/T 699 Grade 10 Steel
GB / T699 Grade 10 Steel
GB / T699 Grade 10 Steel is a high-quality carbon structural steel in China.
Standard: GB / T699-1999
Grade: 10 steel
Characteristics of GB / T699 Grade 10 Steel
GB / T699 Grade 10 Steel has good plasticity and toughness, is easy to hot and cold forming, and has good cutting performance after normalizing or cold working. Grade 10 Steel has excellent weldability, no tempering brittleness, and poor hardenability and hardenability. .
Application of GB / T699 Grade 10 Steel
GB / T699 Grade 10 Steel is applied to parts that require little stress and high toughness during manufacturing, such as automobile bodies, receptacles, deep-drawing vessels, pipes, gaskets, etc., and can be used for cold rolling, cold stamping, and cold heading. , Cold bending, hot rolling and other process forming, can also be used as the core strength is not high carburizing parts, carbonitriding parts and so on.
GB / T699 Grade 10 Steel Chemical composition
Note: The content of steel and copper for hot-press processing should not be greater than 0.20%;
Delivery status
Steel bars are usually delivered in hot rolled or hot forged condition.
It can be delivered in the state of heat treatment (annealing, normalizing, high temperature tempering). Delivered in special surface conditions (pickled, blasted, peeled or polished).
If the delivery is required in the heat treatment state, it shall be specified in the contract. If it is not specified, the delivery shall be made without heat treatment.
GB / T699 Grade 10 Steel Mechanical properties
The sample is a round steel with a diameter of 25mm
Metallographic structure: ferrite + pearlite.
