(1) A335 P22 is the brand of ASTM A335/A335M standard, for 2.25Cr-1Mo boiler and superheater with chromium molybdenum high temperature ferritic steel.
In 1985, China transplanted P22 to GB5310, named 12Cr2MoG. Other countries also have similar steel types, such as the 10CrMo910 of the Federal Republic of Germany, and the STBA24 of Japan.
In the Cr-1Mo steel series, heat resistant properties of A335 P22 alloy steel pipe is relatively high, the same temperature (temperature less than 580 DEG C) the creep rupture strength and allowable stress even even higher than that of 9Cr-1Mo steel, and it has good processing performance and good welding performance, durable plastic. Therefore, A335 P22 alloy steel pipes have been widely applied under harsh working conditions, such as various heat pipes and high pressure vessels in thermal power, nuclear power and some hydrogen devices.
(2)Allow the use of temperature: A335 P22 (SA-213 T22) is mainly used in steam pipeline, 300 600MW large capacity power plant boiler tube wall temperature are less than 580 of the superheater and the tube wall temperature are less than 540 of the wall and the header, A335 P22 has been widely used in the United States, Japan and Europe, has a long history in power plant operation that is a mature steel stable performance, good process performance.
The 12Cr1MoV steel is mainly used for chrome molybdenum vanadium steel, 12Cr1MoV/GB5310 steel. 12Cr1MoVG steel pipe is widely used, it is one of the most important materials used when the temperature is at 480 C ~580 C high temperature area. Use: mainly used for temperature of 12Cr1MoVG steel tube wall temperature is not higher than 580 DEG above the high pressure boiler superheater header and steam pipe.
